Mavs Will Face Warriors in Conference Finals Starting Tuesday
The Dallas Mavericks have advanced to the Western Conference Finals after defeating the Phoenix Suns in Game 6 of their second-round series on Thursday night. Luka Dončić hit the go-ahead three-pointer with just 3 seconds remaining on the clock to give the Mavericks a 113-111 victory.
Dončić finished the game with a team-high 33 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists. Kristaps Porzingis added 25 points and 12 rebounds, and Tim Hardaway Jr. chipped in 21 points off the bench.
The Mavericks will now face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals, which is scheduled to begin on Tuesday night in San Francisco.
